OK, it's pine, but that title was too good to pass up.

I'm a huge fan of the original two movies. The rest were little more than an insult to the original creators. I'm tentatively optimistic about a true sequal to "Aliens" that is being directed by Neill Blomkamp, however. For anyone interested in the series, or any fans that have only seen the films, these are the best portrayals of the Aliens universe:

- "Alien" and "Aliens" films (of course)
- The original "Aliens" storyline by Dark Horse Comics (Plagued by nightmares ever since her childhood, Newt is now eighteen. But, the nightmares have been getting worse and when Hicks comes to find her, she discovers why. Weyland-Yutani has found a new alien nest, and have brought some specimens back to Earth.)
- "Aliens Vs. Predator" by Dark Horse Comics. The movies are a travesty, but this original storyline was phenominal. If they made a movie right from this book, then they would have a huge blockbuster on their hands. But, instead, they just stole some ideas from it and made a B monster flick that made no sense.
- "Alien Isolation" This is a game that came out fairly recently. I just finished it and it is very good. A true sequel to the original "Alien" movie. You feel like you're in the movie, and yes, it is completely terrifying.
